NVC civil documents

My husband heard back from the NVC, but they states he needed to add one of my transcript tax return. They reopened the civil documents tab ( which now says incomplete), but when he click it says application error does anyone know how to get around this?

The tax transcript should be submitted under the financial docs section. Maybe try another browser .. good old Internet explorer !! or call NVC and speak to a tier 2 agent. I doubt a Tier 1 will be if any use

Have you deleted the previous one that was rejected? I will advice that you combine all the tax transcript for year 2018, 2019 and 2020 in one single file and upload after deleting the earlier uploaded tax transcript which has been rejected. If you still have a problem then try to add it up via the additional document and remember to drop a short note concerning your experience before submitting. Hope this would help

Do not combine the transcripts for the 3 years into 1 file.  NVC instructions for CEAC upload say that each document must be uploaded as a separate file.
