Hello!

My AOS applications including I-130 and Employment Authorization Application are currently pending, received all the case numbers and checks were authorized as well.

I sent everything to Chicago Lockbox, but my local office is in Orlando, FL.

I am planning to move to Denver, CO in December, and I know I can submit the change of address form online to change the address.

However, I heard that if my case was already sent to the local office by the time I move to another state, it might delay because they have to send the file back to Chicago and they resend it to Denver’s office for interview.

I am just curious and would like to double check if It’s possible to move out of state and if anyone else went through the similar case and if yours were delayed due to it.

Thank you so much!

Good luck for your cases, Everyone!
