okay so i have my green card got it through marriage we are STILL married i got it back in 2015 it doesn't expire until 28 so i have time i have not done my citizenship yet as we have had some money problems we have a child now about to turn one were saving for a house now but i feel like i do need to move forward and do my citizenship if not this year next and get it done how do i go about this 

do i just apply for neutralization or how do i go about this now that were in a decent stop money wise?

N400 form and instructions from USCIS website.

Also check the fee waivers they might be applicable on your case

5-year rule -- Apply for citizenship based on 5 years as a permanent resident.  Being married is not a requirement for naturalization under this rule.

Free waiver means you will not pay fees when filling if your financial situation qualifies. There are many people here can help you understand it if you have questions.

okay thanks how do i go about doing the free wavier right now my husband is paying our life as my work originally got closed due to covid and now we have our son so im going to go back to work just not yet as daycare with everything thats happened is way to expensive ?
