Hello there,

 

I have been trying to upload my I-864 and tax info on the ceac but my name has been greyed out and I can't upload my documents. I called NVC and they said the site is acting up and they're working on it and the agent told me to send an email via public inquiry forum, which I did two days ago but the problem still persists. What can be done about this issue now?

It could be connected to the "case closed" status.

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I was told the same thing that theyre having some problems with the site. I cannot upload required sponsor documents because the name has been greyed out as well for a week now.

Yes, I called them twice and they are giving everybody the same generic answer that they're "working on'" the website. Why is it taking so damn long to fix this issue? Our processes are being delayed because of it.
