Hello everyone.

The usics just approved our I-130 petition. My fear is this...my husband(u.s citizens) stayed in Nigeria for a year plus during the pandemic and did not work for the whole year. And in 2017 he did not work until he got his license as a truck driver in 2018. I really don't know if this will be an issue since no tax was filed in both year. During his one year stay in Nigeria, he joined me in working so we can support ourselves before he left recently. Please friends, is there anything I can do before the embassy schedule me for an interview in lagos? What are the documents i need?

Your advice is very much appreciated

Yes, you can advise your husband to study the I-864 and its instructions.  You don't mention having done anything with the National Visa Center.  What you will need, is learned by following their instructions.
