I am confused on what to check off on part 2

.. Part A or Part B?

Part A - immigration petion that gives me immediate available visa # has been approved?

or

Part B - Spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in a immigrant visa catagory... bla bla..

it's A right????

and what is with these questions...

Do you plan to engage in espionage??? lol... WHO WOULD PUT YES!!!!!!!!!!! who would put YES to any of these QUESTIONS!!????

"A" that is the I-130 filed for you, attach the Approved NOA2 for the I-130.

And there are a few who if being honest will have to check Yes to at least one

#6 been a member of the Communist party. K-3 coming from China does not use DS-230 part 2 where that is asked, and may not be asked during the interview, if asked and are honest they can get a waiver, but again I-485 asks it again.

Be honest on all of these forms.

well I can understand in THAT circumstance... But the others?? I know they probably Gotta ask BUT.. I still dont see some one checking off that they visited a prostitute!!
