Hello, is there a link for all forms required to begin the Adjustment of Status application?  My husband an I are just beginning the process and dont have a clue where to begin including the public charge thing. I am on a B2 visa and he's a US citizen.  Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I am assuming you are already in the US.  If not, AOS is not an option.

Good Luck!

Yes, it is best to get the latest forms directly from USCIS.

Good Luck!

I recommend VJ's guide for AOS.  But please do download the actual forms directly from the USCIS site which will always have the latest versions.  Your AOS package will be rejected by USCIS if you don't use the correct version of the forms.
