Hey all,

I'm a USC and have been living abroad for the past year and a half while waiting to finish this process for my husband. I need a joint sponser because I currently have no income. My question is when filling out the I-864 if I have the same address as the joint sponser (my mother) do I technically count as a household member or not? I'm not a dependant she isn't married/has no other dependants and had filed single on her tax returns for the past 15+ years. We currently have the same address because when I moved abroad I still needed a domicile in the US and moved out of my apartment. My car insurance/registration/credit cards/bank/cell  phone etc. all are under the same address. Thanks for any insight!
