hello again,

i think i am getting more nervous every day with our k1 application. i have read somewhere on this site that one of the red flags for the consulate might be long period of time apart. well,we have been together 2 years now, we met in Romania, then went on vacation to Italy and last year i was in usa and lived with my fiance for 3 months . when i left we agreed that he won't come over to romania because i was going to apply for a tourist visa. i did not get my tourist visa and right after we filed for k1. he is coming over in september, but since last october we have not seen eachother, although we kept in touch daily throgh yahoo messenger, texts, mobile phone conversations, packages and all that. can anyone give me an opinion? our attorney has not said anything about this, but for the whole she said we wil be ok. what do you think? thank you!

Hi Laura_Z

Just make sure you have proof that you have been in contact ie., phone bills, calling cards, emails, etc. If you have these items, I don't think you will have any problems. Good Luck!!
