I am trying to reschedule my wifes usem interview after going through the sputum test for cr1/ir1 case original interview was march 26th but every link and email address i try nothing works our medical expires on sept 7th was told we have to be able to fly out by august 7th but i can not get anything to go through email wise comes back undeliverable.  I am at a loss even the number to call of 703 520 2235 does not lead anywhere, what else can be done?  I do not want to have to do another full medical and wait another year.

Did you try filling out the public inquiry form? I’ve read that they don’t respond much to those though, even with us, I’ve filled out the inquiry form many times and no reply. But maybe you’ll get lucky.

Also, you should call the embassy through web call. It’s free and I got through after a few times.

You have all of this info, but I will post it anyway.  As for the email bouncing back as undeliverable, the INBOX may be full (scary thought).  With the lockdown it is very possible the call center is not fully staffed.  You shouldn't have another year wait because of completing a new medical.

Contacting the Embassy
Manila Visa Information and Appointment Service center hotlines at (632) 854-882-23, (632) 779-289-88.
The center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Manila time), except on Philippine and U.S. holidays.

Callers in the U.S should call (703) 520-2235 on its Eastern Standard Time equivalent of operation hours.

I would like to thank @flicks1998 @angeljolie and @Hank for their help in this matter of Re-scheduling here is a update i sent a email to support-philippines@ustraveldocs.com suggested by @angeljolie which i did not think it was going through cause of it always bouncing back as undeliverable but apparently they did receive it some how or a copy of it.

I sent it the morning of the 12th philippine time and gmail constantly retries for like 48 hrs but to my surprise we received a email back on the morning of the 16th and the 17th letting us know it is still in process and being escalated and we should hear something back with in 1 to 2 business days ( holding breathe ) that it comes to fruition.

I tried the cgi and there is no calendar available to schedule so that was a bust, tried the 703 number listed and nothing come from that wife had tried the local embassy number listed but nothing from that not sure if she tried the Skype aspect of it but we did receive a email from ustraveldocs so now we wait.  I will keep all updated.  Thanks again

Glad you got a response back.  They are checking emails, but ignoring the non-urgent ones.  After the 2 business days, if you dont receive another follow-up, write them again.  Just stay on top of them.  By their own rules, they should reschedule you soon.  Most likely they will write back and tell you the rescheduled interview date and not have you go on the website to book this.  However if you do need to send a follow up email after 48 hours, ask this question in your email as well.

The United States is now a country obsessed with the worship of its own ignorance.  Americans are proud of not knowing things.  They have reached a point where ignorance, is an actual virtue.  To reject the advice of experts is to assert autonomy, a way for Americans to insulate their increasingly fragile egos from ever being told they're wrong about anything.  It is a new Declaration of Independence: no longer do we hold these truths to be self-evident, we hold all truths to be self-evident, even the ones that arent true.  All things are knowable and every opinion on any subject is as good as any other.  The fundamental knowledge of the average American is now so low that it has crashed through the floor of "uninformed", passed "misinformed", on the way down, and now plummeting to "aggressively wrong."

Glad you received a response. The calendar on CGI is disabled. The only thing you can do there is to go to the "Provide Feedback" tab and request for the rescheduling of your wife's appointment. Emails sent to support-philippines@ustraveldocs.com are also loaded into this feedback form. So, since you got a response to the email you sent, you can go to CGI "Provide Feedback " tab and verify this. It will tell you whether your request is still with the call center (in which case the status is "new") or if it has been transferred to the embassy already (case status "escalated to post").

One email says new on it next email shows escalated to post, so does that mean they will hurry and get to mine relatively pretty quick

I sent an email on 5/10 and our response said:

"We have received your email and will respond accordingly within 1 to 2 business days."

It just means your request is now at the embassy (it was at the call center at first). There's really no pattern as to how long it takes the embassy to respond once they receive the requests.
