Yes! I also just got my EAD/AP approved and cases status changed to 'Card being produced'.

05/07/2021 - Package sent via USPS
05/08/2021 - Package delivered to Chicago lockbox
05/10/2021 - Case received by USCIS (PD)
05/27/2021 - Checks cashed

05/28/2021 - Notice date
05/30/2021 - Text message with case numbers received
06/04/2021 - NOAs received in the mail

08/30/2021 - Biometrics notice date
09/04/2021 - Biometrics letter in the mailbox
09/24/2021 - Biometrics appointment

09/29/2021 - Ready to be scheduled for an interview

12/03/2021 - Card is being produced (EAD+AP)

12/07/2021 - Card was mailed

12/10/2021 - Card received

01/04/2022 - Interview was Scheduled
02/01/2022 - Interview date

02/01/2022 - New card is being produced (GC)

I just chatted with an agent on Emma and they indicated my I-130 (I filed both i130 and i485 together) was sent to Texas Service Center, but on my receipt notice I had the Nebraska service center. Has anyone gone something similar? My FO is Nashville and I reside in Knoxville.

That's normal procedure. Sometimes it's to balance out the workload. Usually your place stays the same but who know anymore

Hey guys here’s an updated timeline !! Lots of activity in the past couple weeks ! 

 

5/21: Delivered via UPS

6/9: Credit card charged and text messages received 
7/16: I-693 deficiency notice received in mail

7/23: biometrics letter received

8/13: biometrics appointment in Philadelphia 

8/17: case ready to be scheduled for interview 

12/9: EAD has been approved 

12/14: interview has been scheduled
12/16: received EAD in the mail 

12/20: received interview notice in the mail - interview scheduled for Jan 15!!! Mount Laurel NJ

Also just called today to schedule the 693 medical exam and got an appointment for tomorrow and they said it’s $450 cash only ? Seems so shady but they’re listed on the uscis website 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey!

 

Finally received my EAD combo card in mail!!! Super excited! Has anybody received their social security card as well since apparently, and I did not remember that I even checked the box, it was possible to apply for one in the EAD application :D ?

The case status for I-765 says "card was delivered to me by the post office". For I-485 it says "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". For I-130 it still says "case was received". And for I-131 it says "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS".

I heard of people that have been waiting for an interview for a year now. 

Marriage based GC (USC) - FO Nashville

5/21/21 - PD

5/20/21 - Mailed to Chicago Lockbox

5/21/21 - Received

6/14/21 - 485/130/131/765 NOA received via Mail

7/23/21 - Received Biometrics Appointment

8/09/21 - Biometrics Taken (Atlanta)

8/17/21 - Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview

9/21/21 - Expedited I-765

9/23/21 - Request for Evidence for I-765 Expedite

9/29/21 - Evidence faxed to USCIS

10/07/21 - Evidence for Expedite Request Received

10/11/21 - I-765 New Card is being produced

Hey all,

 

I had my interview yesterday morning and was

approved on the spot. Couple hours later got update that “card is being produced”.


That’s the end of my journey until when it gets time for removal of conditions, so good luck to all.

 

  • 5/1/2021 Sent package to Chicago Lockbox via FedEx
  • 5/4/2021 Package delivered
  • 5/21/2021 Received text/email messages with case numbers
  • 5/22/2021 Checks cashed
  • 5/28/2021 NOA letters on mailbox - PD is 5/4
  • 7/02/2021 RFE letter in mailbox
  • 7/23/2021 Bio letter in mailbox - Bio scheduled for 8/9/2021
  • 7/29/2021 USCIS received response to RFE
  • 8/09/2021 Bio appt + I-693 Notice in mailbox same day
