Hi Can I apply for Expedite?  My fiance is a Military Active Member and his deployment will finish soon maybe around June-July 2021, Our petition case was approved last May 10, 2021. We don't have a case number yet. Do you think we're eligible for Expedite? Thank you for the response.

If he is being deployed you can seek an expedite.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I read online, I think you're right @boiler we can only apply for expedite if he will deploy soon or being transferred/stationed abroad,  the thing is he'll be finish from his deployment next next month. I thought being an Active Military Member can apply for expedite without any reason.. So we will just wait until our case is ready. Thank you

From what I have seen deployment will get you an expedited interview In Manila

I saw where another person the petitioner as having surgery and they applied and was turned down, then after surgery the petitioner reapplied and used some type of mental health issue from the surgery and they were approved in Manila.
