It completely slipped my mind to add my husband (petitioners) middle name. Im used to a separate box for middle name, but now I realized I was supposed to put it under given name. His passport and birth cert. all have the middle name, but I just finished the DS260 about an hour ago and forgot to put it there. Im so disappointed in myself, and dont know what to do.

Does anyone have any past experiences like this, what do I do?

Unfortunately i still have a ways to go until my interview, but i would imagine it shouldn’t be an issue.

Hello I also made a mistake in my daughters last name due to autofill but I read that it shouldn't  be a problem and that you should inform the officer at the interview.

Hello you can call the number to your embassy once you get your interview letter and ask them to open your DS-260 and explain to them why you need it reopened. They should reopen it within 24 hours
