Hello, my priority date is June 18, 2020...all fees have been paid and documents uploaded and submitted, except my marriage certificate (Ontario Canada) keeps getting rejected.  It is the official document however when scanned (long legal copy) it is two pages.  Can anyone assist and help me determine why this doc would have been rejected twice?  Is there another form of submitting this document that will confirm to the size requirements?  Is there anyone at the NVS who I can discus this with via phone?  I’m tired of submitting documents and then three weeks later getting a message saying it’s incorrect.

I would use a phone app like Scanner Pro or Microsoft Lens to record the entire image. These apps use your phone will create a PDF that looks like a document copy that you would get from a photo copier versus a photo.  Take a picture of both sides of the certificate. Assemble into a single PDF, one page per side. Upload the PDF.
