Hello all,

Can I know what can I add for the question 24?

I did my tax for 2020 so I put it inside, but I didn't sent my tax for 2019 and 2018... What I need to write in the box please?

You must put the same information from your 2019 and 2018 tax forms.  ..or you must list the reason you were not required to file taxes for those two years.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Every job requires employer to withhold taxes (in US)

and the employee to fill out tax returns

working for cash "under the table"  is not legal

Only the most recent transcript is required, the other 2 are optional. If she didn't file taxes, just write 0.

You list 3 years history on the form but are only required to provide evidence of the most recent

If taxes were filed, the income must be listed in all 3 boxes from the returns.  If taxes were not filed, the reason for not being required should be included.

If the sponsor was required to file taxes, but did not do so, they must be filed.
