Ohh I see I see thankyousomuch! That would be after Nvc get’s my case and tells me to this DS-260 right?
after approval of uscis case, how long does it take ?

Yes, after the NVC receives the petition from the i130 they will notify you on what to do next. First you will probably have to pay the fees. Then you will file what they require. The time is really different for each case, and also depending on which country. After you send the payment and the required documents, it could take a month or two (estimate) but after that it really depends. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it is really slow. After the NVC is done they will schedule an interview in the beneficiary's country. The processing time also depends if the sponsor is a US Citizen or a US permanent resident (green card holder).

Thankyou so much! What if I have already sent the documents with the 1-130 & stuff? Uscis approval means that everything is all set or it’s possible for NVC to ask for more. What are the chances?

alright thankyou!

USCIS only approves the petition is in order,  signed,  and the things they ask for are included

it doesn't ask for I864 for ds260

NVC is going to tell you to pay the fees (1st thing they do)  and then fill out the forms

this is their job

USCIS may have discarded the ones you sent to them  as it is not part of what they do

you need to read thru the USCIS instructions and do the steps in the order that the system requires

by now the 2020 IRS transcripts are needed for NVC /  when you applied ,  it would have been 2019 taxes

Best to you in all this as its a lot of work

yes,  NVC can but unlikely

i gave my lawyer original of marriage license and he made a copy and sent it /NVC asked for original as paper size for his country was different

But from what i see now from those on VJ is NVC  doesn't do this as much and  tells a member to have originals,  or other documents at interview

I can't remember an RFE posted on here in say last 2 years about an RFE at NVC stage
