Citizenship and Remove Conditions

What happen if the citizenship interview become first before remove the condition in the current greencard? 
 

My wife’s still waiting for interview for lift conditions in the greencard and the citizenship interview already show up!!!!

You both should go to the interview appointment, hopefully USCIS will do a combo interview, starting with the i751 them moving on to the n400.

A combo interview for both of you for is most likely outcome, the i751 and n400 interview at the same visit, so bring updated evidence and be prepared to answer basic marriage questions.

 

It is possible she will get only the n400 interview, if so, and she passes here n400 case then it will be put on hold until the i751 is approved.

Yes, it’s quite common to get a notice for only the N400 even if an I751 is also pending.  In our case, my wife got the notice for the N400, but I came with her and the IO conducted a short I751 interview with both of us first.

And in my case my I-751 case file was still in another USCIS office so only N400 interview was conducted and placed on hold pending I-751 approval (still waiting but.... crickets  ).

 

Hopefully your wife gets a combo interview!
