Looking for a good Coleslaw and Fruit Salad

don't stop posting them! i wasn't putting you down! i love bacon, eggs, cheese, and mayo! in fact those are four of some of my favorite ingredients! *DROOL if i weren't using alli and trying to lose 15lbs i'd make that salad myself!

it is an awesome salad... my mom makes it once in awhile and me and my sis-in-law fight over who gets to take home the leftovers

since I moved to the US, I make the salad for thanksgiving or Christmas sometimes....

hank you so much, Marilyn! I'm hoping to balance out the burgers and hotdogs with something somewhat healthy.

The pre shredded coleslaw in the bags is awesome- nothing to chop up. You can even buy the coleslaw dressing and not have to make it.

I love coleslaw on hotdogs.

You can also get a huge fruit tray at Costco or most grocery stores- that would save some chopping time. Then just add a few more fruits that you want into it.

If you ever have a fruit platter- the best dip ever is: 1 8oz package of cream cheese and 1 jar of marshmallow spread, whip it with a hand blender and it is awesome!!

Watergate Salad

Prep Time: 15 min

Total Time: 1 hr 15 min

Makes: 8 servings, about 1/2 cup each

1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple, in juice, undrained

1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

1-1/2 cups (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

MIX marshmallows, dry pudding mix, pineapple and pecans in large bowl until well blended.

ADD whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. Cover.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve.
