I know TSC only does pick ups very early in the morning - I'm sure VSC is the same.

If it has to be signed for and no one is there, that is standard procedure. If no one is there tomorrow (or in this case Thursday due to holiday), they will hold it at the post office for that person to pick up. Sometimes, a nice mail person will leave the package if the recipient puts a note on the door, with their signature, stating "please leave package......"

people from the service center dont actually go and pick up the package, do they? like if the delivery fails again on thursday, basically it will just sit in the post office until it is sent back to me, right?

i just checked again and it was delivered at 3:41! yay im excited...i definitely didnt think that they would try again today, but they did...joyfu joyful...now to wait for noa1
