Hi everyone,

My husband and I are finally filling out the I-130 but we are a bit confused on the employment history part. He has been working for the past 4 years at the same company on landscaping and he is laid off every year for about 3 months because of winter, the dates on which he started or stopped working are different every year, during this time he applies for unemployment benefits.

So, we wonder if we should place a single job from 2018 to the present or if we should consider it as 4 jobs with different start and end dates.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
