Checklist and Package example AOS Adjustment of Status

Hello, 

 

I have a Green Card and my husband is Canadian , currently on B2 visa. Married for more than 2 years, we have a baby also together. 

 

I am doing and Adjustment of Status for him. I need some help for the forms and I am trying to make a checklist for each forms I filled up but I am getting confused. 

 

Here are the form I filled up : 

 

i 485

i 130

i 130A

i 131 

i 765

i 864 (there is 2 forms because I have a joint sponsor as well)

i 693 : Do I need to fill and send this form now ? 

 

1- Any of you have a checklist for each form as well? 

 

2- Can anyone share an example of how the whole packet should look please? Cover letter, cover sheet, form and it supporting documents? (Do I have to do that for each form?)
