It’s not my whole application they uploaded, it’s a random page of a document I sent so that’s why it was so strange to me. It’s on the unsolicited evidence tab but I didn’t submit anything online. I guess someone made a mistake.

also I didn’t get a letter to create an account, just the receipt notice by mail. But I also had an online account that I created during my I-130 process (also filed by mail). I don’t have my receipt notice on my uscis account but at least I already got the physical letter :)

Update:

* I had said that when i login online, "I do not see a copy of my submitted application", and I also said I see an "Unsolicited Evidence" filename "MYRECEIPTNUMBERANDSOMESTUFF-part1.tif", well, evidently that IS my submitted application.  I clicked on it, a 24M file was downloaded, and it's one file showing a snapshot of my aunt's GC, but as i scrolled further, it has most everything i mailed into when applying N-400.

So, perhaps your "random page of a document", download it, try scrolling through it, see if it's multiple pages of the items you 'mailed' in.

* Your second point that you did not get your "receipt notice on my uscis account".  But you did get the 'physical letter' in the mail.  If you have not already, you can ADD the receipt number on the letter from the mail you received to the online USCIS account.

Simply login, click on "My Account" on top left side, and select "Add a paper-filed case" and enter the receipt number.

Case is being processed at the NBC in Kansas and my field office is Denver, Colorado. Thanks and stay blessed.

keep an eye on your USCIS Tracker app or the website whatever you use. Generally it’s scheduled within 6 weeks of the interview and notice is sent at least 30 days out from what the IO told me. Maybe +/- 2 weeks depending on the city/state I would think.

Hi All,

I hope this finds you well.

This morning I had my Naturalization Interview at the Washington DC USCIS Field Office.

Everything went well:

  • Virtual interview with the officer
  • Answered correctly 6 civic questions (IO stopped as expected)
  • Took both oral and written test ... using the iPad to write the sentences is a bit disturbing and I made a mistake.
  • Questions about my willingness to adhere with the USA constitutions, etc.
  • Yes/No questions regarding the section 12 of my application
  • Asked 1-2 questions on my application
  • Print out of my interview result (Approved 🍾)
  • Now I am waiting the date for the Oath Ceremony :) 🍾

I arrived at the field office at 9am (I started my interview around 920am- scheduled at 930am, and I was out at 945am).

Good luck to everyone!!!!!

Hi Guys,

Update on my application. I had my N-400 interview at the Philadelphia field office today. The whole thing took probably one hour from the moment I walked into the building and me exiting the building.  Interview was virtual, aka interviewing officer was sitting in some other state. I was not expecting it. There were 2 tablets in front of me.. One for read and write test. Other one connected via video to the interviewing officer. She was a nice person and appeared little tired to me. They are short staffed and working hard to keep the things moving. The building was pretty busy with different type of applicants. For the civics test, I was asked the below 6 questions,

when was declaration of independence adopted
what happened at constitution convention
Name one branch of government
In what month, do we vote for president
One responsibility of US citizen
What is one reason colonists came to America?

Then she made me read and write 'Who lives in the White house'. The president lives in white house.

At the end of the interview she printed out my interview result. Now I'm waiting for the Oath Ceremony.  :joy:

Good Luck to everyone else who is still waiting for a progress/update on their case.

Oath ceremony scheduled for Jan 31st!

My husband had his interview at the same office the day after yours; parked on the street for free. Same experience with remote interviewer.

They told him he would get a letter in about 3 weeks, but it sounds like you already have you oath ceremony scheduled. Is that also in Philly, and how were you informed?

I go an email from USCIS informing me that they took action on my case. I logged into my USCIS account and checked under documents to see the notification letter. It had my oath ceremony scheduled letter and the date of when oath is scheduled for.
