CEAC still shows refused. (merged)

 I won't feel at ease until the visa is actually made. But at least something has happened finally. Started filling my petition in 2019, his Interview was April 29th this year got 221g for new translations, new translations were submitted May 3rd, status was updated May 11th, then no CEAC status updates until Nov 8th. Hopefully we'll finally be able to start living our lives together soon.

Hope ya'll start hearing from them soon too.

We are still in the dark, the last "update" to the application was in August. I have no idea what can be done... Interview was in February.

I hope others are having better luck?

I resubmitted the medical in mid november. After that nothing from the embassy. But case keeps updating every week. Anything good from you ends ?

Nothing new, we are being ghosted. I fly this evening to Sri Lanka to be with them.

Ours is still processing. Embassy emailed saying they recived documents and oficcer is reviwing. Any updates in your end.

I sent an email to Consular yesterday. Actually received a reply requesting tax info and relationship verification. Even though that is all with the application packages, I reassembled and forwarded scores of pages to them this AM. Hopefully they will read it. At least they seem to be working again, so that's good news.

Dec 22, Still shows refused, I have to assume anytime a case is touched, even to add the information I forwarded it will show an automatic update.

has anyone had any issues with the ds-260 form? It’s giving a red flag for my passport number and im a 100% is correct. Due to this im not able to sign and submit the form. Any suggestions??
