Passport return back no visa

No ,I have never travel before to the US, I was dined a diversity visa ,and and visiting visa, I fill in 221g I the time of my interview I stated all of this is the form when they ask me The reason I was dined the diversity Visa,I said it was due to picture identification, I sent the 221g it took 22 months the embassy send me the email that administrative processing was over, meaning I believe if I had red flag the embassy will not ask me to redo police clearance, medical and birth certificate for my fiance, they could have sent me a dined letter, instead of administrative processing letter again.

Just to make it clear is me and my daughter on the program , I did DNA for her so all this I believe delay The program, and also embassy was closed from March to 2020 to February 2021,and the embassy in my country has some issue right after my interview they close for three months before the corona virus could come, besides when I went for my second interview , they have changed all the counselor who interviewed me, I met new counselor perhaps those people are the one making all this mistake , so I believe they have to go through my application again 😢😢😡😡😡

The child is my daughter, not my fiance daughter ,so the embassy ask me to do DNA which I did , my second interview we did medical together and everything went well, the new counselor told me to do a finger print on behalf of my daughter which I did because she is under age ,I also did finger print and she ask me to swear if all the information in my application was true I said yes, she said everything was ok, I should pick up my passport my 6, after few days they emailed me to pick up my passport, with the letter saying the visa is undergoing processing!😢😢😡
