The site was pretty janky for me. I'd give it time and then see if it doesn't improve. If it's not letting you in by Monday then I'd use the ask NVC form.

Patience......patience.

Its that happend to someone beforeΒ

I've seen a lot of instances of the site having issues, both in the forum and personally in my dealings with it. That specific issue? I don't think so, but I don't remember every error I've read about.

Β

In each case the advice has been the same: wait (as the site says to do), if it doesn't change by an arbitrary time/line drawn in the sand (I suggested Monday, mainly because you're not going to get anything back before then), then reach out. You're welcome to use the search bar at the top right of the page (or the wider internet) to research your specific issue to see if the advice has been different.

Β

I've learned through this process that there are times you need to sit back and let it work for a bit. We're all chomping at the bit to get through this, but the main thing to know is that this process takes time. Sometimes you need to let it take time. You'll go mad otherwise, either with worry, or in trying to get anything back from an official source that isn't an automated response (meanwhile your issue ends up resolving itself somehow--has happened to me at least two times).

Β

Good luck.

I am not sure that I understand your question, are you asking how long before I received responses when I've written to them? The times varied, and in one case with the embassy I didn't get anything back at all, but I don't think that's important. I would wait a few days before sending another inquiry if you don't receive a response.

Β

Maybe other people will chime in with better information.

Β

Have you tried to access ceac again? Are you still getting the same error?

Okay. Well I would give it until tomorrow to see if it doesn't work itself out, then send off a message using the "ask NVC" form. For what it's worth, it looks like it's a problem with the website, not a human error.

Β

Did you try looking up if others have gotten the same error? I saw a few threads in looking just now of people with the same deal. The one I went into said that it resolved itself over time. Maybe you can find another with different information.

your posts are confusing

at the NVC stage the USC is suppose to complete the steps -not u

and later u say wife (USC ) is having dialysis (which is quite serious)

and then youΒ  ask (for a friend )Β  what to do if USC past away during process/ is that your wife?

Β

there is a big difference in the advice if your wife past away

so,Β  please inform the VJ communityΒ
