Hi VJ,

I am sure this has been asked before. Do I have to send a letter or fill out a form for my fiance's change of address? Do I send this to Vermont or the Paris embassy or do I just call? We are just at the NOA1 stage. I don't want anything to slow down the process. Thanks.

Best you let VSC know asap that way the embassy will have the correct address to send the pk3 to.

I agree you need to contact VSC and let them know the address is changed since you started the petition. Good luck.
