Has anyone else got an email to remind you about your visa appointment but it has a different date than the previous one? Ours says may 17th but when we signed up and paid for our interview it said may 21st. We just checked the website and it still says may 21st. We aren't sure what to do right now. We already have our hotel and train booked and time off work for the 21st.

We have ours booked for May 26th and got the reminder email today from the consulate and it was the correct date and time. Maybe call the visa appointment center line to confirm what they have on record? When we booked ours through the website we called the visa appointment center line after to confirm our appointment cause ours was a reschedule. Our 1st interview was booked for us through the nvc but it was canceled cause the pandemic started. So we wanted to make sure all was good. They confirmed everything. You can also email the consulate. They've been emailing us back within about 4 days.

Hi Derek Scheyer, I'm having a same problem with my Visa appointment. I Emailed the Montreal Consulate and still waiting for the reply, did talked to the Visa appointment Services and they said we should stick with the original Visa date appointment. Please let me know if you hear anything.

We got a response today from the embassy and the one about it being the 17th was an error. The original date we signed up for is the correct one.
