Did you get a new NOA2 letter? How did you know the case was reaffirmed and sent back to NVC?

Hello this happens to me too on 17th March. Did you guys have this solved?!

Yes, eventually. My fiance' just arrived in US last week. We ended up reaching out to my senator's office to submit an inquiry with USCIS. We also submitted an expedite request to USCIS based on 'USCIS error'. About a week before USCIS's deadline to get back to my senator's office, we received a new NOA2. It took about 3 months for a new NOA2, and then a few weeks after we received the NVC case number and the process continued as usual. In total this whole issue delayed our case 4-5 months. Hang in there. Keep following up with USCIS and your senator / congress rep offices.

You have a K-1 case pending and your fiance is already in the US? The USCIS is totally messed up recently. After 60 days I received a NVC number which I couldn't use because it was for someone else. They haven't got a clue.

I am still waiting its been almost 50 days since they sending back my case to uscis i feel like giving up, why wouldn't they just tell us the truth instead of keeping us waiting ...

Keep hanging in there! We had to wait 2 months. We never got an answer from USCIS or NVC on what happened, we just received a new approval notice about 2 months after NVC sent back to USCIS. In total this was 4 months after our original NOA2. I do think reaching out to a senator's office helped, if you haven't done that already.

This just happened to me too. I thought it was taking a while to hear anything from the NVC and then I just found out on Friday that our case was sent back to the USCIS on March 24th. I am absolutely devastated. Hopefully it won't take too long...

Have you heard any news yet?

I think the person you're responding to no longer has a K-1 case pending, because clearly it was approved and the fiance travelled on the visa....
