Organizing pictures - Weekly Photos PDF?

My wife and I got married and stayed in Bahamas for 3 months. We have a lot of photos and videos.

I have a couple of questions:

1) Does the CR1 application allow upload of video files?

2) Some of our photos together is me without a shirt etc or we are in a bedroom setting. Would including those be OK?

3) How should photos of our us together be organized? I was thinking a weekly page of photos in a PDF document.

To add to the points above, remember bedroom setting photos just prove you two are likely having sex or some actions of such type. Sex itself doesn't prove bonafide relationship.

1.  You can't upload videos.

2.  Don't send bedroom pictures.  Try to be professional.  Would you show these pictures to a potential employer?  No, then don't send them in.

3.  You don't need weekly photos.  A picture is not worth a thousand words.  Send in max 10 pictures.  You and your wife in different settings.  Pictures from different periods in your relationship.  Print single pictures on a 8x11 page with names, dates, place, and the setting (i.e., Sam Jones (petitioner) and Sara Smith (beneficiary) visiting Paris on Nov. 11, 2019,)

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question but are pictures without my shirt OK? There are lot's of photos where we're eating breakfast together at our AirBnB and I don't have a shirt on. I just want to make sure this doesn't come off as disrespectful to the officer who examines the file.

Send in photos where you have your shirt on.  You need to be professional.

You don't need a lot of photos. Just some carefully curated ones that are most representative of your relationship at various points in time.

Consider how your photos would look from the perspective of a total stranger. As @aaron2020 said, if you wouldn't show the photos to a potential employer, don't show them to USCIS.

Why do you feel the need to include photos in an Airbnb when you’ve spent 3 months in the Bahamas? I’m sure you have few pictures at the beach or other nice place. Don’t include weekly photos, that’s just too many, the IO isn’t gonna sit there and look at tons of photos. We included 7 photos and that’s it.

You've received good advice so far.

I will add one more thing: keep in mind that even after you send in the I-130 petition, there will be times in the future when you will want to provide additional photos as part of the immigration process, so I would get into the habit of documenting different places you visit together, or different periods of time when you are together, through appropriate photos. This means not in the bedroom or with your shirt off.

The idea when submitting photos is to provide a representative sample of time spent together over the course of the relationship. Photos in different places and with friends/family can be helpful when it comes to this. Rather than picking photos at random, when the moment arises it's easier (in my opinion) if you go out of the way to take a photo or two that you know could be useful as evidence of your relationship for immigration purposes. Make it part of your routine and you'll find that this will be much easier next time you need them.

I don't think USCIS really care to be honest. Our I-130 petition had some shirt-less photos from a pool party with friends a few years back and had no issues with getting our petition approved. So long as there's nothing sexually explicit, you'd be fine. I would stay away from being too professional as that looks artificial and fake. Remember, this isn't a job interview, this is supposed to be a snapshot into your lives to demonstrate your bona fide relationship. I guarantee you, the IOs have seen all manner of photos and they won't be denying a petition because someone wasn't wearing a shirt...that's ridiculous.

I will say they do take cultural norms into account. So if something looks out of whack with what cultural background the couple has, that can raise eyebrows.

OP, regarding the shirt issue, the above post is the most correct one given in this thread.
