Just FYI, we opted for the regular processing for the full validity passport, and it took about 2 weeks from interview to receiving it in mail.

Thanks for the quick reply! Okay sounds like it's worth contacting them. The site seems to be down a lot recently as well, server errors and such. I'm guessing there is a ton of us all fighting for these appointments! 😅
