Change of Address

On the AR-11 there is a question that says "if not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on:"

Is this the date on the I-94 or the date on the K-3? My husbands are different, because his Mexican Passport expiration is for July of this year and that is what is on the I-94 and the K-3 is good until 2008. We have already filed for AOS and EAD so we need to make sure we get the address changed properly since we still have open issues.

HELP PLEASE.

No one wanted to help me, so I called USCIS and they told me that it should be the date on the I-94.

I don't think it was a case of nobody wanting to help you..... more a case of no one around who could answer your question.....

I believe we wrote "AOS Pending" in that section, because technically your stay in the US does not expire since you are seeking permanent residence.
