what other documents do you think that i can add to support it

Big one is Traveling: tickets / boarding passes, etc. showing both of you were on same flight, seats together, events with family. If family visited you guys pictures with their travel tickets/boarding passes.

Driver's Licenses with both of your addresses that match.

Mail / packages that you both receive at the same address.

Presents you brought for one another.

Financial related: Credit cards, add each other as authorized users. Open a joint bank account together. Federal taxes you filed as married.

My wife has her 10 year card as of last year thankfully and I know that we received a request for evidence that was likely due to change of field offices handling our case and some of the submitted items going missing. We got notarized affidavits from friends, coworkers and family testifying to how we met and how they know of our relationship and it seemed to work well for us.

you don't have a marriage license with both names?

What visa type?

what country?

is this AOS after a K1 ?

or CR1 for marriage?

What year married ?  as if in 2020,  the USC should have added to IRS tax returns

How can you add your foreign spouse to your US Tax Returns if they haven’t immigrated yet and they don’t have a Social Security card?? 🤔

When i was asked to prove this with affidavits, basically i used letters from family and friends of both of you that say you have known each other and what they know about your marriage and relationship. I used two of his family members and my best friend. If you want to know how these letters were drafted feel free to message.

Since you are just filing, police report is good for a year and could likely expire before his interview

You should have left shots till he went for medical. They will make him pay for them again.

Marriage certificate can be certified in which ever state the marriage took place.

As long as you he was truthful in his visitor's visa interview, he is mostly likely to be denied cos there is now intent.

While you are going about it the right way, some of the items I just pointed out could have waited for later.
