Hi,

Any Sacramento Field Office N400 Filers here? They seem to be one of the slowest field offices and I was wondering if others could share their journey to see where we’re at.

TIA!

I''ll be filing this month for Sac. Did you file yours?

I just saw on another site that got interviewed this month and he/she filed Jan 2020

I also looked at others timeline for Sacramento it seemed theres one lucky person that got interviewed after a year (lucky), the most common was 15 months waiting time.

I filed in February 2021. Looks like I won’t get an interview until next year if they are just now interviewing January 2020 people. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s so frustrating how long Sacramento takes. Others who filed in February 2021 at other filed offices are all getting their interview dates already.

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how fast you are assigned an oath ceremony after your interview at the Sacramento field office? I have heard of some people completing their oath ceremony the same day as their interview.

I'm also Sac office. I filled Nov 2020, bio metrics were reused. Online it says outside processing time is Feb 2020. And it says for my case it's approx. 9 months before completing. It's a long wait for sure!

Hi everyone, submitted online application early morning on September 1st and a few hours later my account had a receipt notice and biometrics reuse notice. Status had changed to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. Hoping that my case moves quick and doesn't take the 15 months estimated time that it is currently showing.

I was wondering what status your cases are in and on what day did they change to that status? Does the active review status mean anything for how fast the case might progress?

I filed last year and Ive moved  with a pending application (filed office change followed). Waited a year to receive my interview notice. I think it's an average wait time, definitely not the longest.

Has anyone had an interview at Sacramento office recently? How do they handle name change?

Same here. Applied end of October 2020 and have not had the interview letter. We have been waiting for such long time.

12 months since I filed this week and not received the interview letter yet. Sacramanto seems to be one of the slowest offices.

Hi Kimberley,

I filed in October 2020 and have not had the interview yet. Have you had any progress?
