Central Miami: As of May 3, this ASC is open for extended hours until further notice as follows: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Fort Lauderdale: As of May 3, this ASC is open for extended hours until further notice as follows: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Orlando: As of May 3, this ASC is open for extended hours until further notice as follows: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Tampa: The office located at 5629 Hoover Blvd, Tampa, FL 33634 will be closed on May 6-7. The ASC will reopen on 10 May 2021 at its new location: 4313-17 Gunn Highway, Tampa, FL 33618
