Hello all! I am in the middle of completing my I-751 from to remove the conditions on my residence (my husband is an American citizen) The form asks me for my USCIS Online Account Number (if any) I DID have an USCIS online account when applying for my spouse visa...Although I've tried to log into it and it seems to no longer exist. Myself and my husband were using it during 2018/2019 to upload documents etc. It was three letters followed by ten numbers. So I thought that is the number they are looking for on my I-751. I have done some Googling and most websites seem to agree the USCIS online account number is three digits followed by 10 numbers. However on the I-751 form there only seems to be 12 spaces to write in.... Whereas my old USCIS account no. requires 13 spaces. Can anyone explain this mystery to me? Part of me feels I should defintiely include the number and part of me feels that since the account appears to be inactive AND because the letters/numbers don't fit properly that I should just leave it blank? Any thoughts gratefully received. Thanks!

Yes, perfectly okay to do so. That number is far less important relative to the A number (#7) and SSN (#8).

That is not the USCIS Online Account Number. The USCIS Online Account Number only has 12 numbers.

You've made an effort to log in and it failed. Your account doesn't exist. Focus on a timely I-751 filing and enter N/A into that field.

Thankyou!
