Waiting for embassy interview

What I think is that the NVC is another way of making delays. Can you just imagine I submitted all documents. But when the NVC went through the documents they didn't want to accept the copy of my tax return and so they stopped my wife's process and requested for tax transcript. When they knew that the IRS were having delays and holding back.on 29 million tax returns and wants to process them manually. So I called up the NVC and told them that there is no way I can get my tax transcript for 2020 when they haven't yet processed my taxes yet. NVC tells me that they can accept my tax return and justice a comment that my tax transcript is not yet available. I already sent them a copy of my tax return. So after waiting about 1.month I get another message from them requesting proof of income and employment verification letter. So I ask what's the purpose for the affidavit of support if you're asking for thoae.documents. cause 8f we are caught lying that could be the end of the petition. Anyways there's 1 more.message saying I don't meet the qualification to sponsor my wife. And that I need to get another sponsor to back me up. I asked them what wrong with my income? I clerlarly make more than the poverty level requirement. For a family of 5 poverty level is a little under $39000. I have a job that pays $22/hr with overtime  plus I have disability from the VA. Clearly I'm way over. Maybe they can't do any math or something. But then NVX says if I feel.confisent enough to tell that to the consulate then that our choice but uts the consulates that makes the decision. Wait what? I don't care I make more than the required poverty level guidelines and if rhe consulate denies wife's petition for not enough to support then that will be a huge problem for them. The other documents that they requested employment verification income verification and my pay stub so.they can't say I didn't get them the right one. And by the way even though they requested those documents everything was accepted. I wonder what's their next thing that they will.want to request and want to delay our process again. when.logging in coming to that first screen it clearly says ACCEPTED meaning they've review all.oyher documents and were okay. I have a feeling that they wil request another document just to delay the process. But they shouldn't request any more documents since everything else was accepted already. Complaints should be made towards NVC. let congress know of what's going on. Don't just sit back and let the NVC make.delays to.your petition. Ive voice.my say toy congress women. Just waiting on a.reply if it goes over 3 weeks I will just keep.on bugging her until she finally addresses concerns.

I'm not yet DQd. Still waiting for the NVC review my documents that they requested me to submit.

Another question. My kids are going to be overstayed in the Philippines on Novemeber 2021 and at the same time still waiting for my the petition of my wife to pass. Is this considered for expedited visa? Since it will be against the law to overstay in a foreign country. My kids are US citizens and minors. Can anyone let me know if my wife's petition can be considered to be expedited visa waiver because of my sons going to.be overstayed this coming November. Or can my wife be allowed to come to the US and continue to process her Petition here?

My lawyer said they are starting to schedule CR1/IR1 interviews with DQ’ed date from June-July 2020.

So the Albanian embassy is just now scheduling people from June-july? Wow! I'm so confused how the people that were on visajourney got an interview in albania, if that's the case.

Unbelievable! 1 interview per day for the whole month??? @At175@shosholala@DAgg

Actually it's even worse. It's 2, not 4. My understanding is that the PDF by post shows how many visas the embassy issued. The PDF with Albania (by country of birth) is based on the country of birth. This is just saying how many people who were born in Albania got the visa. They could have gotten it in another embassy. If you see the other pdf, you will see Tirana embassy did only 2 visas for spousal on may. :( I dont even know what to think anymore.

I have written to the embassy but they are hopeless. I do not understand what they are doing.

What did the embassy say to you? Nothing new?

nothing new - I think 0 visa issuances this month is deeply problematic and a human rights issue. I understand waiting for extended families, but making married people waiting for over two years is insane. What if I was an older woman that needed to have a children right away before it was riskier? What if my husband was sick and we only had so little time together? It is insane.
