AoS Interview - RFE Medical - Case status not changing

Hi everyone, I had my AoS interview on April 14 in New York and got an RFE to redo the medical at the interview. I showed them the USCIS page where it said you don't have to redo it if you sent it within one year of filing for AoS, but they said it still expires after one year. I redid the medical as fast as I could and it arrived at USCIS on April 26.

My case status still shows "Interview Was Scheduled". The USPS tracking shows that my package was received, should I be worried about the case status not changing?
Does anyone have the same experience and an idea how long it normally takes to get a decision after the Medical was received by USCIS?

Hey mine is the same thing except for the status that already changed to "Interview was completed and my case must be reviewed". I got the RFE letter within a week of my interview. I believe this is normal according to other forums and posts I have searched.

Mine was only asked to send the I-693 which I made sure I got done the same day as the interview with a copy of my RFE letter.

When documents arrive to field offices, it still takes some time to reach the actual officer that is reviewing the case. Add to that, the time it takes the IO to get to your file again. That can take a few days to a few weeks.

Regarding the online status, sometimes it won't change immediately.
