I am renewing my I-765 while my AOS is pending, for question 25 on the form it is asking my current immigration status... Would I just put "adjustment of status applicant"?,

Also I left the states in December on my advanced parole and came back a week later with my advanced parole. They stamped my passport as DA: AOS. would that just be my current status?

Do you have to pay the 410.00 for the renewal?

Thank you in advance!!!!

If you were paroled into the US then putting "parolee" would be most accurate, although some people write "AOS pending". It doesn't matter in the end.

The form instructions have a section that tells you the filing fee. As it says, for a "Renewal EAD" in the (c)(9) category, you don't have to pay a fee, provided that you paid the I-485 fee when you filed your I-485.

When filing forms yourself without the assistance of a lawyer, you should read and understand all the instructions completely. If you have trouble doing this, it is better to hire a lawyer.
