I just posted this question in another section of this forum, but realized it was the wrong one. I apologize for double posting!

Hi everybody! I received a request for evidence after my n400 interview. They gave me 30 days to send in the documents. Unfortunately it looks like I won’t be able to get those documents on time. I was told that I can request the USCIS to grant me more time to send in the documents. But yesterday I found on the uscis website it says they will accept documents for rfes 60 days after the deadline as covid relief measure. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was, so I called their customer service to make sure. They told me that it was true but also recommended to send everything as soon as possible even if after due date.

I’m very worried about this, did anybody send in their evidence after due date ? Did it affect your case or everything went well? Any input will be appreciated ! Thank you !
