Current POEA/PI Govt rules on hiring Medical workers

Do any of our Filipino members know the current status of health care workers being able to leave the PI and work overseas?  At one point, I believe the government banned Filipinos from going overseas to take medical care positions, however I thought I heard that the ban was lifted.  If it is lifted, is the process still the same as pre-COVID with most still having to go through POEA?  Does anyone have the current process that is in place?  This would be from the Philippine requirement perspective, from the US visa part, I have that information already.

I can't really help you but just wanted to make a comment.  My wife and I belong to a Filipinos of San Antonio Facebook group.  Lately members have been posting job openings at their places of employment.  There are so many jobs, especially in medical fields!  Many offer a sign on bonus.

 

That is encouraging but inflation is a worry!
