Hi, We are DQ in November 2020. But, we have not even get out interview letter yet.

We have tried two time to expedite.
First was May 2020, when We just got NOA2. IT was rejected.

Second time in march 2021, when visa ban lifted because beneficiary's overseas visa is going to expire soon.

We want to try for the 3rd time, this time using Petitioner's health condition.
However, Honestly... We dont think arthritic condition is a sure reason why.

We also add NVC delay reason.

Our question is :
1. Is Arthritic Condition is strong enough to get expedite?

2. Is it a good idea to send expedite request from benefactor? Petitioner is busy trying lo lodge citizenship.

3. Is it a good idea to repeat expedite's request? if we will ask it, this will be the third time that we are trying to expedite.

Image attached is Petitioner health certificate.

Thank you.

You can always try but nobody here can tell you if will be granted or not.

I'm really sorry for your spouse health problems.

The letter shows that your spouse can't do home activities and that can be resolved with paying someone to do it.

Remember that what are you asking is for be put in front of other people because your case is more urgent... housekeeping and preparing meals are really easy to solve here in the US. Using your common sense,  do you think is this a good reason for your case be reviewed before?

Looks like you’re grasping at straws trying for an expedite for the 3rd time.

They won’t expedite this process due to arthritis.

Expedite requests should come from the USC or LPR petitioner, not the beneficiary.
