Hey everyone! For the I-134 Question 38 where it asks do you intend to make specific contributions to the support of names person? I’m wondering if I’m answering this right.

I mean obviously as my fiancé he will be living with me but the example given on the form is room & board or specific amounts of money which is not the case. So do I marked do not intend. Is this correct?

Okay thanks so much

Wait so I should put DO NOT INTEND?

I would have to dig up the example, but I believe one VJer’s I-134 was rejected by the London embassy for selecting “do not intent”.  There is a reference to this example in

At the time (2018) was I faced with the same dilemma and based on that posed selected “intend” and then in part 7 entered “Financial support with the K1 visa”.

Some (most) VJers insist this question can be answered as do not intend.  Others say it doesn’t matter.
