Biometrics  was applied to my case on 6/8/21.

He had his biometrics taken earlier this year. I'm hoping his EAD and AP are approved soon.

When did he have biometrics taken? At K1 Visa interview? I don't think those count for AOS.

What?????? when did you send your package???

Hello,

I had to submit AOS for my husband twice due to a visa issue. Under the first AOS, my husband had his biometrics taken in January. I refiled on May 6th. USCIS used his old biometrics from 1/2021 and posted it to our account on 6/8/2021. Hopefully this makes my case move faster.

Best,

A

Have you been charged?

Not sure, Filing was done via law firm, so basically they take care of all payments that needs to be made in reference to the filing.

Plus they didn't include G-1145, so I am blind sided until something shows up physically at my address.

The lawfirm should have some confirmation whether the payment was completed or not. In any case, call them and ask them if there's a receipt number for your case, they will ask your name, filing dates, address and if they have a receipt number, they'll give it to you. Or try Emma, either one works. Good luck

Wow that is so quick! We filed in June but I’m monitoring the other months’ threads as well and we’re only hoping we get biometrics as quickly as you guys did

Just a wild guess, but I think it is because my i-864 included tax years 2017, 2018, 2019 as I had not filed 2020 when I sent AOS docs as the deadline was weeks after I sent the AOS package.

At least though someone looked over the file. I will post once I get the letter in the mail with the RFIE details.

Do you think the timeline for your AOS is different from a K-1 adjustment, given you filed based on a pending I-130?

The text messages came on May 26th for the NOA1 and I got the 3 NOAs in 3 separate envelopes on June 02 2021. I updated my signature to reflect these dates.

I checked USPS informed delivery for the RFIE, and I can see a bit of the text, it mentions the 1040 with all the schedules so that is for sure one of the items! 2020 tax docs I didn't sent.

I will post once I have it in my hands, it's arriving today. Planning to send the response asap, possibly tomorrow.

As a K1 immigrant myself (a long time ago), I can see that the k1s AOS tend to take longer vs the i130 for parent (my current case).

I think the marriage verification docs and evidence requires extra time / processing on both sides.

No update after that 😕, Anyone in similar situation ?

So finally I called USCIS today, They provided me all receipt numbers for my case.

I-485 receipt number shows fingerprint fee was accepted on 14th June and for all other petition's (I-130, I-765, I-131 "case was received on 28th May")

But I still haven't received any physical NOA in mail so far, I verified my address with them and its accurate. Not sure its USPS screw up or physical notices are delayed this much longer.
