My wife has her visa interview in Ciudad Juarez next week.  Our legal advisor told us to update our DS-260. And our interview letter said "Each applicant must complete the Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration (Form DS-260)."  We've already completed it but some of the information has changed in the 2 years since.  I logged into CEAC and opened the DS-260 and all the fields are locked. Uneditable.  Does anyone know how or if I can update the DS-260?
