Wow.... same here got Dqed 14th december 2020. I do wonder when they will get to us.... this has been a crazy ride!!

Our case has been DQed since May 29, 2020, waiting for almost a year now for an interview. If you can find Facebook groups specific to your countries, it'll give you a better idea of what's going on with that embassy. For example the embassy in Colombia is currently scheduling interviews for DQs in May/June 2020

Does anyone have any idea what date range of visas are being scheduled at the embassy now?

No way to answer that. Every Embassy is under their own guidelines. Many have just stopped because of varies reasons. That's why its very important to stay on your embassy website and see what's going on.

There's a backlog of over 400000 immigrant visas to schedule in Lagos, this includes those who were scheduled for interview and it was cancelled, includes those from 2020 who were ready for interview scheduling and were affected by ban , includes thos who were not affected by bans as well as those who got DQ since the ban was lifted

According to this report, Lagos has issued between around 3500 and 9500 immigrant visas per year since 2011. Even though there will always be more interviews than visas issued, the 400 thousand number seems at least an order of magnitude off.

Hi,

Could you share the link of the page this screenshot is from?

Thank you for this informative piece! It's quite interesting to get some numbers on the whole situation.

Sadly, we are also part of that 400k :(

That appears to be from the Visa Backlog Report which is linked on the right hand side of the Department of State's U.S. Visa page.

Here's the latest version:

We have not seen any IL issued here in Canada either.

I see ILs were issued in Columbia, so NVC seems to be still working.

Are many countries experiencing a delay in ILs for June right now?

Looks like the UAE Embassy sent out ILs on the 18th...its later than usual.

Canada is 41 days from the last IL issuance date on April 9th, which is the longest gap since they resumed operation after the shutdown last year. We are agonizing over not knowing what's happening...
