My conditional Green Card will expire November 1st but it isn't too early to think about the ROC evidence. I was reading on USCIS site and here so I basically know what kind of evidence will be good but not sure about this:

While applying for my 1st Green card, we have sent bank statements from our 2 joint bank accounts for that period of time .The same with all utility bills. So now for ROC , can I include bank statements and utility bills from 1st November till the date when I will file or all together? I already have a thick folder collected .

I assume that they already have the previous period .Also , I don't know if I have copies of old ones so I am worried.

Thank you!

It is never too early to think about Removal of Conditions.  You need to include evidence over the period of your marriage.  Use the guide here on VJ.  Do NOT send your package until the 90 window has opened.  In your case, the window opens on August 3rd, 2021.  Good Luck.

Thank you! I  will send the similar as you did , plus some evidence of pets we bought and adopted together, minus any trips because we have a huge farm( in both names ) and we don't travel  just a short round or motorcycle trips .

I hope that will be okay.

I'm sure it will be fine.  Statistics show that very few I-751s are actually denied... less than 5% by my calculations.

Do not include fingerprints and passport styled photos.
I had to because i'm a military spouse residing overseas.

I did receive a RFIE requesting me to submit a time and location for me to attend an interview in the US or a US territory, other than that, it seems everything I submitted was good.

We received the 10 year card today!  I only included anything from the date of the initial green card.  Though we didn’t adjust status, but I didn’t resubmit anything they already had.

So much waiting 😒! I remember, we have been waiting 5 months for a conditional Green card interview. Does it depend on the local office?
