It's illegal to run people over under any circumstances, so no, no comparison with police arresting someone for repeatedly violating the law despite numerous warnings.

conversely, i'm sure it's also illegal to protest in the middle of the street.

It is, but nobody ran the preacher over with a car for breaking the law, nor would it be legal or moral to do so,  so it's difficult to see arrived at that comparison.

Now if you said people getting arrested for protesting in the street, then yes, that would be a similar situation.

Some people are comparing this to the holocaust online so I do give you credit for holding back.

That may be changing soon, perhaps this year?

I think I read another state is considering something similar.

I think I read another state is considering something similar.

Loved the example the Democrat lawmaker used.    Apparently they believe if a driver finds themselves in a situation where they are in fear of their lives they should simply give up their own lives.

in one case, the cops run amok in a house of the lord, which in the past was regarded as a place of sanctuary.

in another, people run amok in the streets - and if any cops are seen in the video, the cops are doing nothing about the protest.   and the protesters are

allowed to vandalize, harass, and sometimes assault those in the vehicles.....

You seem to be avoiding the question, but whatever.  Government needs followers.

And you seem to be avoiding any publication with a rational take on the actual circumstances surrounding the events but more than willing to push Townhall's view from the states on how Canada should operate.

So you are criticizing a source, I thought that was not allowed anymore.  Regardless, the sources you quoted really didn't say anything we didn't already know.  This entire thing was a protest, that was quite obvious, and we will see how it plays out in court when the government lawyers decide they have enough "science".  I fully expect these folks to be found guilty and be subjected to the maximum penalty.  It is Canada afterall.

When did criticizing sources not become allowed?

I would personally like to hear precisely how many lives have been saved by the social distancing/no-church policy, presented by time period.  Of note, "All of them!" is insufficiently specific.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Well it was back in the day when the CABBA sisterhood agenda reported everything they could and certain mods went along with it. Don't be coy with my hero you know you remember it LOL

Here it is just as a historical reference in all its grandness

Liberal excuses

A. Bush's fault . can also be "conjure up any conservative in history that even remotely did anything similar to what is going on today. It makes it ok.

B. It was not on MSNBC or the Bill Maher show , so it never happened

C.

C. I have no idea idea how to respond to the overwhelming facts you presented, so I will just deflect the issue and move on. This covers the Tin foil hat nonsense , the Face Palm, The double Face Palm and of course the

D. You are Racist .

E-You can't comprehend what I am saying, or as they say around here between every statement.. "Know what I saying".
