I see on people´s timelines that after they send the I-130 for there husband or wife, they send the I-129F. Is the I-129F only for finance´s or is this another possible route to take? Or is this a required document after I get my receipt in the mail? Anyone who knows some information, please share and THANKS!! God bless!

One consideration. K-3 is much more expensive than CR-1/IR-1 visa. Starting July 30 the fee to AOS in the USA from the K-3 will be $1010, if you stick to the CR-1/IR-1 path, you will pay $70 to NVC to process I-864, and pay $355 or so to the consulate for the visa, K-3 pays $100 to the consulate for the visa.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I-130 petition, once approved, allows your spouse to file for a CR-1/IR-1 visa, which is an immigrant visa. Filing the I-129F after the I130 is the K3 route. Once the I129F is approved (which may or may not be before the I130) your spouse will be able to apply for the K3, which is a non-immigrant visa. That means that they have to Adjust Status to legal permanent resident (AOS). Historically the K3 has been quicker because it gets through NVC quicker, and they were also processing them quicker at the service centers (but this is not necessarily the case now).
