I would be careful doing that, USCIS likes to see a range of evidence from over the last two years, not just close to the ROC renewal time (although if you've got other, older evidence mixed in you might be fine!)

Also hi! It's good to see you again~

I agree with this recommendation. The I-751 instructions call for evidence since the date of the marriage. That's what we did. Of course, we referred to the copy of the AOS packet we sent and added evidence to that. We kept it big picture this time. It was all about the joint finances and transactions.

All the best to everyone,

Not at all. They can take as long as 6 weeks though most applications are processed within 3-4 weeks. You will most likely hear from them very soon, hang in there!

Hey guys, my window for I-751 opened April 13th, I have not filed yet as I am still collecting information, I am hoping to send it no later than 05/25.

I am getting my sworn affidavits notarized, I thought I could send copies of a notarized letter, does anyone know if this can be done or do they have to be original copies.

Also am I late? What if I don't get my NOA by my GC expiry? what can I do, my driver's license expires and do I have to leave the country?

Thanks in Advance

Send only copies and keep originals for everything.

You have to wait till you get extension letter to renew your license. you can stay in the country your status doesn’t change you just won’t have anything to prove it till you receive.

@Viridian, I do not think that is RFE territory. I would only worry about notarizing affidavits if other evidence is lacking. We did not include affidavits, actually. We just focused on big picture joint financial evidence since the date of our marriage.. You should be fine.
