After seeing so many exciting posts here, I've been refreshing daily, hoping for some good news! On Monday (3/14), I checked and saw the update "a new card is being produced"! Today, I noticed a new update - the card is in transit, and there's even a USPS tracking ID! Scheduled to arrive on Monday 3/21. Our NOA date was 6/7/2021.

Congratulations. What is your Service Center if you don’t mind sharing.

Anyone else applying for naturalization (n-400) while still waiting for the 10 year green card? We just applied last week. (Married 3 yrs to US citizen, originally came on K-1).

For the I-751, we are EAC and still stuck as "fingerprints taken"

Anyone at WAC is outside of normal processing time. I wasn't worried about ROC at all, but now I'm worried. Any suggestions to speed things up? I already filed an inquiry with USCIS.

hey! Thinking about if I need to hire a lawyer to file N-400.. was the application itself complicated?

If you have all required documents (green card copy, Tax return Transcripts, Spouse's Citizenship proof, latest evidence of living togethers (same as I-751), you won't need to hire lawyers.

Application is straight forward and easy. Don't spend money on lawyer unless you have had any issues that can affect your citizenship application.

actually I do have one more question if you don’t mind.. we moved to a new apartment so the lease date started last year in december. Do they require us to provide proof of living together for the past 3 years? or as long as we can show our current lease showing that we still live together that’s fine?

My friend, if you don't have lease, you can upload bank statement for joint accounts with previous addresses. I don't have my name on lease for 1.5 years I lived in MA. I have uploaded bank statements, my car purchase receipts, old car registration copy with old address.

For my I-751, I did not received RFE for lease. So I am assuming that it won't matter in this too. But make sure you provide substitute proofs.
